New integrated system for Dudley-based business

11th November 2013: Bob Richardson Tools, which also trades online as, has placed an order for a 14 user K8 system which is scheduled to go live in February 2014. Based in Dudley, Bob Richardson Tools carries an extensive range of more than 10,000 products from top brands such as Draper, Sealey, Teng, DeWalt, Stihl and Stanley.

K8 will be used to help the company to achieve greater efficiency and deliver a more professional customer service. Manager Tom Richardson said: “Our current system has become very dated and doesn’t provide us with the fully functional ordering and receipt processes that we require. More importantly, the growth of, our online business, has made it imperative for us to have an efficient, integrated trading system that connects our busy website with back office processes.”
