Customers of Kerridge Commercial Systems since 1995, Snows Timber were keen to take advantage of the company’s latest developments in mobile technology for their workforce and became a pilot user. Ultimately the goal was to improve customer service by enabling non-office based staff to have access to facilities such as order placement and email.
