Continuous and focused investment in Research & Development (R&D) is at the heart of the advancement of the K8 ERP solution. To ensure that K8 continues to focus on the needs of the distributive trades, over 40% of the company's resources are directly involved in on-going product development and improvement.
The R&D team is responsible for the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). The PDLC scope includes, marketing (working with customers, prospects, user groups and industry partners), specification & design, software development, quality assurance (QA) testing and the production of online help manuals and product release notes.
The technical expertise within the R&D team is complemented by product managers, business analysts and QA consultants who have strong domain skills within the world of distributive trades.
